Information
In the traditional horizon structure, because there are stray capacitances between the internal electrodes of the coil and between the internal electrodes and the external electrodes of the chip, the impedance value is low in the high frequency region above several hundred MHz. After the improvement, when the internal structure is changed to a horizon structure, the stray capacitance is reduced, and the impedance value near 1GHz can reach 3 times that of the horizon type.
Feature
- When the frequency is lower than 100MHz, the characteristics of the BCAS series chip are similar to the EBMS series, but at 1GHz, the impedance value is 3 times higher than that of the EBMS series
- Suitable for high-speed signal lines, providing high impedance over a wide frequency range
- Its magnetic shielding structure minimizes crosstalk
